Rollipop Conditions of Entry

Rollipop is committed to ensuring a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all our visitors. By entering a Rollipop venue, you agree to comply with the following conditions of entry:

1. Operating Hours: Rollipop’s operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. The venue may be closed periodically for private parties and events.

2. Rates and Timing: Weekend rates apply on  Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

3. Payments: Rollipop uses third-party payment processors. By providing payment details, you consent to their secure collection and processing.

4. Personal Information: By checking in a child, you consent to the collection of personal information (yours and your child’s) and agree to be contacted for updates, promotions, and attendance-related matters as per our privacy policy.

5. Booking Confirmation: Parents or guardians must present a valid booking confirmation upon entry and will receive an access wristband or card based on the nature of the transaction.

6. Photography and Media: By entering Rollipop, you grant permission to be filmed, photographed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes on Rollipop’s website and social media platforms without compensation. If you do not wish to be included, please inform staff in advance.

7. Outside Food and Beverages: Only baby food, formula, and bottled water are allowed inside. Other outside food and beverages are prohibited.

8. Prohibited Items: Pets, bicycles, skateboards, skate-shoes, and skates are not permitted. Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults.

9. Smoke-Free Zone: Rollipop is a smoke-free environment. Illegal substances, firearms, knives, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

10. Appropriate Attire: Visitors must not wear clothing displaying rude, vulgar, or offensive language or graphics.

11. Behavior: Rough play, bullying, running, pushing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Queue jumping is also prohibited.

12. Supervision Requirements:

    • Children under 6 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
    • Children aged 6 and above may enter unaccompanied but must be checked in and out by a parent or guardian.

13. Health Precautions: For the safety of others, individuals showing symptoms of illness (cold, flu, fever, or infectious conditions) will not be allowed entry.

14. Safety and Rules Compliance:

    • Follow staff instructions and any signage displayed.
    • Participation in activities is at your own risk. Parents or guardians must supervise their children and ensure responsible behavior at all times.

15. Right to Refuse Entry: Rollipop reserves the right to deny entry or request any individual to leave the premises without a refund if these conditions are not followed.

16. Diaper-trained : All kids must be diaper-trained before entering the play area. In case of any accidents, an additional cleaning fee of ₹350 will be charged.
17. Personal Belongings: Rollipop is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care of your belongings.
18. Any damage caused to play equipment due to negligence or misuse must be compensated by the responsible party.
19. 🎉 Birthday Party Cancellation Policy 🎉
    Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date will incur a deduction of party hall charges from the refund amount. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute changes affect our scheduling and preparation.
